Am looking to buy a new graphics card. Currently have the GeForce 9500 GS. Wanting one the same type of quality or better. It keeps on making a noise and it wont stfu so need a new one. Dont want to spend too much moneys. Any suggestions?

I know someone that got the beta. He said that reg is basically perfect now, if you shoot at someone you hit it. Shooting through objects does less damage now, awp headshot through door use to do 260 damage, only now does 105. And the deagle is less accurate. And graphics have been improved.
