
apart from all my clothes bieng to tight ..and having to order xxxl t shirts...and the fact that i can break into a sweat getting in and out the car... i thought ..it diet time.

so no lash so far this week since sunday night....and ive cut my food intake by half...
also i went down to the local cheepy sport n soccer outlet for some sports gear..... its back into training time

monday i put on my new horrific looking nike air trainers..donned my new xxl lonsdale tracksuity thing... and went for a jog round the park...
well i say round the park is was more like 200 yards up the path before my lungs were full of napalm and i had to stop..... i then carried on and did two lapps of the dis-used paddling pool... and got back down the path, pissing with sweat... and absolutly bolloxed.... room for improvement there..
yesterday i got the gym ball out and managed 75 sit ups..... today it feels like my spleen has been ruptured ..or someone has been standing on my tummy in the night...with golf shoes on.
tonight its either punch bag time ( gulp) or another jog...well waddle really.
ill keep you all informed out the weight loss week by week... and i may don the hairy mask at some stage for some jihad jogger pictures
