I guess it is going to come down to highly upgraded weapons and full CR.

gonna play it for a bit tonight, tis a great game. I hope in XV they make it more magical and lesss futuristic like 9.

Oh and check this shit out :D

http://www.kotaku.com.au/2010/03/ffxiii ... ntasy-vii/

The fuckin hair on my neck stood up reading that, least we know theres still hope

Edit: Quote from the interview "Why was the free roaming experience in Gran Pulse added so late into the game?

Cocoon is story driven. The concept was to create two different gameplay experiences. Cocoon was story driven and Gran Pulse was an OPEN WORLD. Even though Cocoon may feel long, the time you spend playing in each area is about half and half.

Least we know the linearity will dissapear woot

I know you will disagree but I think a FF VI remake would be better than FF VII.

99% of the population hasn't even played 6.

Can't remember what chapter I am on, but I am on the ship with Fang/Hope/Snow/Lightning, running round in circles getting loads of CR and money.

How much further are you than me then? Not sure how much of D2 I have left, if it is the same length as D1 then I can't have too long.

Are you in Grand Pulse, i.e open world?

I haven't played it since. Need to get some work done on Sunday but I know I will probably end up playing FF or watching hours of TV I have to catch up (43 hours worth).
