This is mainly directed at you Skel, in work atm so will post details later.

There are 2 AMAZING mods for Skyrim, one that uses FXAA to display textures MUCH better and the other unlocks that STUPID lock Bethesda have that stops their games from using more that 2gbs of RAM. I havent tweeked the latter yet but seen as i have 2gbs on my fuckin cards, and a further 12gbs there to suck is up, i cant wait to mess around with it. You should check them out

Skel has Skyrim on Xbox mate. There are no mods for that piece of junk.

Have it on the 360 so I can sit back and relax on my sofa.

I might get a pirate version for PC, considering I have already bought it, I think that makes it ethically OK to do.

I have seen the FSAA stuff and I read that the patch that Bethesda put out broke the 2GB+ thing.

I'm surprised you didn't mention the nude models mod as well.

Lydia has been staying at my house with Ysolda and I have Iona (who was waiting in my house in Riften) as my companion, so why I go home I have 3 women waiting for me.

Iona isn't as grumpy when she "carries my burdens".

If you hadn't realised, your companions don't level up with you. When you first take them on they are set to your level but don't level up so later in the game they become more and more useless. On the PC you can run a command in the console to disable them then re-enable them which means they pick up your new level...shouldn't of got it for the Xbox...

I dont have any companions yet. I take the odd muppet from my Dark Brotherhood lair and use them as a pack mule but after that i send them back to the lair. I prefer soloing it. Level 30 now. have 11 Dragon souls started doin main quests.

I spent bout 20+ hours before i even started the main quests, and didnt see ONE dragon. Now i cant scratch my fuckin arse without been fucked by one.

I've done probably around 10 dragons (one of them didn't give me a soul, not sure if that was a bug or not). I think I am level 35 or so, haven't played it for a few days (getting withdrawl symptoms).

I am completely lost on what is the main quest and what are the side quests now.

I joined the storm cloaks though and first mission was to take over Whiterun...where I am a Thane...

When I was in Riverwood I got attacked, dragon kept landing on the roofs killing all the locals.

Half of my quests that I need to do are in Markarth which I can't enter as I have around 30000 bounty due to a bug in the game which means I can't continue the dark brotherhood or one of the thieves guild as well as a few others.

...just seen the 1.2 patch details (comes out tomorrow for PC and 360 apparently), nothing about fixing the Markarth bug so I am screwed.

Although I like this fix "Fixed occasional issue where a guest would arrive to the player’s wedding dead."

30k!!! WTF, i got caught killing the Queen in Solitude ( Dark Brotherhood quest ) and i didnt have a 30k bounty. I finished all DB and Theives guild quests, and you know what SUCKS - in Oblivion as you moved up the rank in the theives guild you could clear any bounty for 100g, NO SUCH THING IN THIS. GAY, absolute GAYNESS. You could always sneak into Markath. Though tbh i wouldnt be in a hury to finish DB quests, theives guild one on the other hand has an epic little side story.

I have opened up what I assume is the main story of the thieves guild, I meant the side jobs (heist/pick pocket/numbers etc) that you can do which I can't do due to bugs.

I can't fast travel there, as you get held up in the loop immediately and sneak seems to have no effect even though it is up to 80 odd now. I have ran and tried to go to the shrine of talos to make sure there wasn't something I was missing as part of the quest but of course I was attacked so I killed quite a few guards on my way out. I even tried to do another quest where I had to talk to the Jarl of Markarth. Unsurprisingly that didn't go to well either and resulted in what seemed like the whole guard after me. I completely lost Iona, I assumed she had died with shit loads of stuff on her. I killed about 20 guards and got the king and 2 other NPCs down on their knees but couldn't kill them numerous times, running round the walkways of Markarth. I eventually walked down a wall and out the front games and thought fuck it, I have a bounty already and stole a horse and galloped away but not before by horse died from arrow fire on a bridge sending me flying, but I got up dusted myself off and carried on running only to be attacked by some Forsworn managed to kill them then fast travelled to Whiterun to see my loving wife and there was Iona, by my side. Wife was cooking, went up stairs to put away some swords in to my weapons chest only to shit myself to find Lydia sitting by the door.
