Just make sure it isn't in the rotation, however you'd do that.

All custom maps are not in the map rotation. You can choose them in the admin map menu.
If the server is empty again for a couple of minutes, it switches back to dust2.

Should change that to aop_mayhem_2k7. Server would fill up in seconds. People constantly refresh the server list looking for servers with aop_mayhem_2k7.

You need to fix aop_towers so that the bots use the stairs.
