Steam forum is up again. The whole CS:GO forum is flooded with topics about the beta. If you read one post, you can skip the other 10.000.
All raging about "why is the fucking beta not here" and "I want my fucking game, I paid for it".

If I were Valve, I'd release it the 15th 1 minute after midnight...just for fun...

That would be pretty funny but also piss me off  I do agree though if most people pre-ordered to
get the beta..

Been playing it for a bit, first impression is good. It's different. Takes some time to get used to again.
Map are looking great, Dust 2 is nearly unrecognizable.

The crosshair is different, so aiming is different than in CSS. Also miss my buy scripts, but that is probably just a matter of time.
M4 is not silenced anymore (at least I couldn't find out how to do it)

We can play together without a server, because you can invite friends to you game just like in Payday The Heist.

I read that MetaMod and Eventscripts are already working in CS:GO so that is good news!!! This means that Mani Admin will work again in the near future.

Just a quick play with some bots before work.

Dust II - Looks good, very different but good.

Crosshair and (lack of) silencers will take a while to get used to and the buy screen.

Constant achievement notifications are a pain but I guess as you play it more they will become rarer.

Had a go at the built-in gun game where you get the new weapon immediately on a level called Baggage. Small map, quite quick, easy to spawn camp though.
