Got the spawn one with bf3 and black ops2 lads at work are all on it so I gave Bops a go... Not impressed at all..with the game or the graphics in fact the look of it is shite compared to the graphics on the rigg..

Yup and PC games will gradually look the same as the console versions.

Game companies make a lot more money out of the games they release on consoles so they will make them for consoles first then do a shitty port over to PC which will have the same rubbish graphics, poor menus and no configuration options. Used to be the other way round.

PS4 has had its specifications released now and it is on par technically with a (upper-range) mid rig. The only positive is that game developers have a single focused configuration to code for which means they can squeeze every last bit of performance out of it, but still won't rival what your PC can do.

To be fair Sparks PS3 is like 5/6 years old I saw the announcement for PS4
didn't really know what to think of it... it sounds good but a few flaws I've heard are that you won't be able to
play your ps3 games on it and you can share your game and shit which I don't get The good news (If you want the PS4 over the X-box 720 or whatever it's called) is it's going to be more powerful and apparently Sony want to sell for less than £300 in Europe... which will mean it's going to cost £299.99

Microsoft have released no details, so no PS4 vs Xbox XXX can be confirmed.

Sony haven't officially announced prices as far as I can see although reports are that it will be close to the Wii U.

I haven't heard anything about not being able to play PS3 games though.

On the game sharing, there are 2 thing with it. One, you can share your progress on Facebook/Twitter. Second, In certain games, if you get stuck in a game, you can invite a friend over the PSN network to do the bit you are stuck on. No idea how that is going to work.

Ahh the details I've read on sites have been pretty much the same kinda details
which made me jump to the conclusion on the specs but a lot of people are saying they are reliable sources.
The price again was on the same thread that I read but I guess it's all hit and miss.

true only got one because the lads at work were on it really... but even so css has been around for longer than that and id say thats got better graphics than bops

That's pushing it a bit... games like Deus Ex and GT look pretty fine to me
I understand what you mean with Black Ops but even on PC It doesn't look all that IMO.

When pressed, Gara said "at least" one region would be getting the system in 2013, but he couldn't confirm whether the system would hit "all or some of [the regions]" this year.

Edge previously reported that it has been "told" by unnamed sources that the PS4 will hit the US and Japan by Christmas, before a European rollout in "early 2014."

its the look of the metal on the guns.. the reflectiveness look bad... and like skell said.. no options in the graphics. all in all its ok to play your eyes get used to it. Im just spoiled having played BF3 on the rigg... best graphics i have seen in any game imho
