religion has always been about control...all religions... its took the hairys a long time to realise they can control people thru fear... the vatican and the church of england did it for centurys over here.

i thought catholic religion was really antiquated tbh... but then i learned about radical islam....

I was thinking of buying that. Is it worth it? I've read the Derren Brown book of which the first chapter is about god and ghosts and all that. The first line is 'The Bible is not history'.

It's a very good book. Goes through disproving every theory of a God in a good way rather than a childish argument.
