Yeah i'm guessing it's just the same as taking speed then really
well those are herbal... you can get whats in them in holland and barret... phentemine is a prescription drug... but you can buy it online...

like rev said though cheese is nearly all fat..so aviod that

looks at what you would eat in a week.... and find out whats in it... read the labels. if it has lots of sugar carbs/ fat in it.. swap for something less fatty.

belive it or not i have felt so much more alert since ive eaten load of fruit and veg as well...

Water, drinking water makes you feel a hell of a lot better. Apart from tea/coffee at work (along wit 2 litres of water, minimum one during a working day) and alcohol at weekends I only drink water now. Strange because since I was young i've gone form drinking reasoably srong cordials to really weak cordials to just water now.

But, especially if you're a smoker, drinking a lot of water will make you feel better and then you want to do more stuff anyway. Water and fruit during the day. Get portions of veg into your meals. Once you feel better in general (you're probably thinking "feel better? im fine now" but trust me you'll notice a difference) you will find you get mre active anyway, eat less as well and the weigh naturally dops off anyway.

I thought I felt fine until I started running again. Couldn't even do 1 mile without getting out of breath, can now do 6 easily and have done a half marathon.

Fit as a fit thing....

I smoke, im unfit. Both together is really bad.

I get fucked playing 5 a side for 40minutes. In goal.
