I've been stuck on the first boss for about 3 days i've finally found a rocket launcher!

To be fair, most of te bosses are quite easy.

First one I basically killed with a stun pistol lol!

I have a feeling you are full of shit, I've shot this cunt with a rocket launcher a fucking rifle and a revolver and the cunt is still coming at me.

I wasn't going to spoiler this but changed my mind. If you don't believe me about stun gun, you can choose to read the below paragraph or not to read it. But if you do read it, you'd wish you still had one in your inventory

Spoiler:Highlight the text in the black area to see it.I have a feeling I am not [full of shit]. Shoot him with the stun pistol and he goes into spastic attack (he's augmented so the shock fucks him up like an emp grenade). While he stands there spasticating pick up one of many explosive barrels/extinguishers/whatever and throw it at him. Then if you hadn't already done so, reload the stun pistol and shock him again.

If you get too close to him he picks you up and smashes you. However if you have stun pistol equipped when he picks you up just shoot and he will drop you as he again goes into spasticate mode. So there, I should have put this in spoiler but can't be arsed . Go kill the cunt.

Bit late putting it in the spoiler tag now, I had already read it and it has put me off buying Deus Ex.

But seriously BB, did you not pay attention to the game (which I assume would of given you pointers of some sort as to weaknesses of enemies) or you are running round like a headless chicken shooting at anything that moves?

Lol, don't be daft skel. The bosses are the worst thing about the game anyway. There's 3 I think in the whole game, maybe more depending on what you define as a boss and what you would call a "different situation".

This game isn't about bosses, just buy it!

I did sort of think it was sarcasm, but it needed pointing out that the bosses are a bit poop. I read yesterday that they were actually outsourced to a different studio which probably explains why they don't fit with the rest of the game that well and they're just shooty shooty explosive moments. I mean for non lethal players rather than have a "clever" way of defeating bosses, they just have a shit load of weapons lying around for you to pick up!

Listen to the Irish though. You do have to play this. If you've been wasting time playing the supposedly not great/buggy dead island I can't believe you can't spare some hours for DX:HR.

I have lots of other games to play and complete and to be honest, having not played any previous Deus Ex games, Gears of War 3 would probably be ahead of it.
