Bolton are a ahit club. I seriously think he'd be mad to go there. Better off keeping doing what he's doing and he'll eventually get a job worth leaving for. Most managers that have left Leicester for the first club to come sniffing have usually made an error of judgement leaving and I think it's the same for most managers. I think some of them think they know it all (and their prospective employers obviously do as well) but when it comes to the crunch they fail. Wait for the right job to come along I say.
Look at Lambert doing shit at Villa, Rodgers at L'pool, Howe at Burnley ( ).

Funny because as soon as Howe leaves He gets a win and we get a win? Obviously wasn't right.

Freedman has been given permission to speak to Bolton. Not a good sign.

Weird I heard palace refused permission I hope he doesn't leave you would seem right
anywhere else.
anywhere else.
Re: Championship 2012/2013
Papers reported in the morning that we had given permission.
Club put out a statement saying that we hadn't given permission.
A few hours later the club put out another statement saying that we have now given permission.
This morning I have read that a joint statement will be released by the club/Freedman on Wednesday which means he is pretty much gone.
We are apparently trying to bring Coppell back for his fifth spell.
Edit: And apparently Freedman won't be in the dugout at Barnsley tonight.
He is apparently the lowest paid manager in the Championship on £125k a year and his contract expires in the summer. He is being offered £500k a year by Bolton over 3 years likely with performance bonuses. To be honest I don't think it matters how much you love a club, if you are offered 4x your current wages and given 3 years of job security you will take it.

Re: Championship 2012/2013
After posting last night I put SSN on and yeah it finally said that palace have granted permission...
Suppose it looks done and dusted now although I don't think he's the right man for the job but we will see.
It depends how well you are doing if you can live nice off what you are already getting what's the point
in moving but that could be confused with ignorance

Don't we all.
CPFC board don't seem too happy about it all though.
From the shortlist that the bookies are putting forward I don't like any of them other than Steve Coppell but reports are that he is staying at Crawley.

If you offer enough compensation then I'm pretty sure
He'd be happy enough to come up a league.
