Review is amazing. I got through 2 paragraphs before giving up. Was a hard read whilst trying to be as quick as possible at work lol!

Game is out for delivery today. Slightly regretting it after getting in to guild wars last night. No idea when I'll end up playing borderlands. £23 badly spent in starting to feel. Gonna have to be amazing to change my mind. Plus the fact it looks like only me and you will have it Skel. And we're intermittent with our activity to say the least

If it's anything like Borderlands 1 then there shouldn't be any trouble finding a public group.

Borderlands had the best community for an online game that I have seen. No mouthy little kids, everyone went about doing the missions and protected each other.

Arrived today and have just installed it.

Unfortunately out for the whole of today and most of tomorrow then when I finally get home I have work to do. I don't think I am going to have time to play it for at least a week. :(

Me arrived yesterday recorded delivery. Just installed it, trying to activate the pre order pack thing and steam crashed. Now off to play rugby. Won't get a chance till tomorrow to play at earliest.

Had a short bit of time yesterday on it (75 mins played in total).

Very much like the first. Inventory interface will take a little getting used to. Still haven't got a decent weapon got a few but either not powerful or have terrible accuracy. Do have a sniper with a good scope though so have been clearing the small villages from a distance.

I activated the pre-order bonus and Steam did seem to stop responding for a minute or so but once it came back everything was fine.

Exactly the same and exactly the same.
Had a short blast, weapons are crap except the sniper. I'm playing the assassin but I imagine it will become more fun once I get the active skill. Guild Wars 2 still sucking my time at the minute though when I', actually on the comp.

I chose the Gunzerker and have got the active skill. I forgot that I chose Gunzerker and used the active skill and was wondering what on earth was happening expecting a turret to appear. The skill is actually better than I though, ammo and health regenerate at the same time while you are in the active skill so it is good for post battle too (was the same with the turret in the first game).

Got it during the first boss battle which actually ended up being quite tough (and to be fair the mission card thing did say "tough").

Went on for half an hour again last night as I didn't have football and ended up being on for over an hour.

Although the last time I played I stopped by one of the autosave points, when I loaded my game I was quite far back in the map (level and weapons etc all seemed fine), really annoying having to go back as I had to fight the first boss fight again which isn't that easy.

Anyway, eventually got through and beat the second boss. Got a fairly decent rifle now too although small magazine and poor accuracy but decent fire rate and explosive damage.

Saved and stopped just outside of Sanctuary which I think is the "home"/peaceful town.

Hate to say this, but after playing it for a few hours (I think) last night, Guild Wars 2 is much much more enjoyable :( Maybe it would be better with co op, especially playing the assassin so we'll have to see.

I am tempted to play soldier/commando again for single player easiness but I expect once grouped the assassin would be a far better pick. Either way, I don't see myself investing much time in it I am afraid.

I find myself playing it for too long, I only go on for half hour then end up going for over an hour.

It is tougher than the first game and I have been very close to death a lot and have died quite a few times.
