You will find most cars in Oz, especially Holden and Ford use common parts and chassis throughout all their cars worldwide, they put some bigger spoilers etc on the Oz cars and generally get bigger engines.

But at the end of the day Europe has far better cars, may not be affordable to 95% of the population, but they are better.
