I don't even know how you turn in to a werewolf. I did the mission but don't know how to transform.

Its the same button you use to do your Shouts - just make sure you have the transform thingy selected and not any other Shout/ability

It's a once a day power, you turn werewolf and then you go on the rampage. You have to feed on corpses to make it last longer else you will eventually turn back human.

Also the shout button when in werewolf does a fear shout. Pretty handy of too many are bashing on you!

The major downside is that as werewolf you can't access the character menu or pick stuff up. Worst case scenario as a werewolf you never use it but it stops you catching the vampire stuff. I'll try vamp one day maybe but as it is, I can't be arsed. It has a massive effect on gameplay and if you don't feed for four days everyone attacks you!

hahaha deadly.

The ONCE a day powers you can get from finishing the Thieves guild missions are cool man. And the WORST thing about turning back from a WareWolf is equipping all your fuckin gear again. GGGRRRRRRRR - HATE THAT

To be honest it is a tad unrealistic (yes I realise that turning in to a werewolf is rather unrealistic too but bare with me), the werewolf must be carrying all your stuff still, surely you should drop everything when you transform.
