Ok, if i remember right reflex has put this guy forward. Hes from estonia so his english aint great. His pings in the 90's which could cause afew problems but his rates seem to be reasonable. Not sure bout this one though as his ping is soo high.... Hes a fair player, not sure if one out weighs the other though. Any opinions?

He's better than Fredje and Steven so i say give him a chance to proove himself.
Give him a month with [t] to proove and than you can make you're point about him.
When i spec him i didn't see lag so give it a try.
