Re: Acer Aspire 8930G
Fantastic spec, but i think £600 is pushing it now regardless of what you paid, they just dont fetch bollock all second hand, anybody paying that much really does want excellent performance on the move, but more often that not, us lot tend to use them as dedicated desktops, you can build a better desktop with £600, portability is just a salepoint/gimmick for enthusiasts/home users.

It's practically brand new thoughspam_dagger wrote:Fantastic spec, but i think £600 is pushing it now regardless of what you paid, they just dont fetch bollock all second hand, anybody foolish enough to pay over 500 for a laptop deserves the short lived
lifespan.
Re: Acer Aspire 8930G
i paid a stupid amount for mine brand new. i know £600 is pushing it, thats why i said "ono". i didnt expect to get the asking price.
Re: Acer Aspire 8930G
TBH I think £600 for that is fairly reasonable.
Can't see the reasoning behind full HD on an 18.4" screen though.

Re: Acer Aspire 8930G
Hell, dont get me wrong, it's an awesome laptop with a fuckload of good bit's and bobs, it's very reasonable indeed, but people don't want to pay
that much for technology that nowadays people don't use as portable tech when they can build this lot into a media centre, rather than sit with a laptop on the sofa yknow?
You'll find the the right buyer i have no doubt, and you'll probably get what you want for it, consider ebay, gumtree? local ads? admag?
you'll get what you want dude
