You need to select the frame from the Animation window (may not show by default, go to Window -> check Animation).
Then create a new layer with the text on. You may need to go through the other frames and uncheck of move the layer so it doesn't appear.

Not really, I don't have ImageReady anymore and I very rarely used it when I did have it.sparksy wrote:nope put the writing on all the frames im stuck ?? have you got a mong proof guide skell ?
When you open the picture in ImageReady does it actually show every frame?

In the timeline select a frame, so a single frame is selected, best to do it in frame 1. Put the content on to a new layer, then move the layer off the canvas. Then select the frame in the timeline that you want it to appear on and move it down to where you want it to show. It should only appear on that frame from what I remember.
