Another 360 question

So i've got my ethernet cable en route, and I have everything in place to get xbox live (except for my actual subscription) and I was wondering who actually plays their xbox in HD.

At the minute i have a 28inch standard (whatever the old standard was) tele and it is a pretty fucking poor show. Some games like Too Human are a struggle to read the menu and even Fallout 3 can be a bit blurry sometimes. So how much difference is it to get it on HD?

I bought the 360 Elite (nearly ayear ago now) cos it was a stupidly good price compared to the others and it comes with all the HD crap required (i think the elite apart from being black came with 120GB HDD and was HD "ready" if you like).

Obviously its nice to have a HD tele anyway but the main reason is for the xbox if i do save to get one.

My brother is selling his old 42" plasma and surround sound system for £150 if you are interested, would have to pick it up though, down near Gatwick.

HD makes a huge difference to gaming, although standard TV will tend to look a bit more blotchy.

It's an old Panasonic.

£150 because it is old and with the older plasma's you have no idea how long they will last for.

Could last another 5 years or could last 5 weeks.

they just nee re-gassing dont they.. then they are ok...... xbox does look good in hd... mind you either the hd port in the xbox or back of my hd tv is now fucked for some reason... well one of 3 reasons as it goes.....bloody devil spawn
