I made one of those in Visual Basic when I was in school on one of the library computers, that said "are you a stupid twat?" and it had "yes" and "no". When ever you moved over "no" it swapped the buttons.

Librarian saw it and told me off, didn't even get a well done for being the only person in my year to know Visual Basic, or a how the hell did you get around the block to get in to Visual Basic...sigh.
