Are we still completely against awp's? I'm think when there are at least 5 a side on public there should be 1 per team?
But thats just my opinion, its not like the servers empty cos nobody can use em is it.

Well it's in the title which a lot of people come on after seeing. People have commented that they like the fact there is no AWP.

But I can change it on the fly.

Well since there's the 20 man running I can't see the harm with 1-awp per team on the basis that there is 5-6 AT LEAST per team. The moment the team drops to 1-5 players the weapon is restricted, even if your carrying one. If we get the 100tick private match server sorted, there will be no restriction on anything. We may need Liq to jump on and sort out the background work, rates etc etc.

The guys who are in the ED Squads need as much time as they can get,
Once in leauges it's just an AWP war.

YES WE ARE THEY ARE AIMING STICKS...

it will ruin the public server imho..... BUT

if we are gonna do ed we may as well sort out this match server... which can be used for practice /training with awps

just need to know wethter to order a public or private one ?

I'm only new to your server but my first impression was ," No awps? and they're 10 people each team?" In my opinion 1 awp per team. coz between 10 people 1 awp cant hurt, if u allowed awps together it would be awp fest, but honestly 1 awp would bring alot more people imo, well etleast about another 10-15 of my friends.

Yeah, 1 AWP between 5 people shouldn't be that bad and there are lots of public players who do come on
saying "No AWP?" "Can you unrestrict it please" and now with us getting attension i don't think it would be a bad idea even if it is just a "test drive"
If the public is busier within 2 or 3 weeks it was a wise decision? If it dies again like it did in 2007 i think it was then we know to take it off again.

It would help for the ED players too to get abit of practise against players rushing and stuff.

Minimum 6 a side to have AN AWP.

It still won't detract from people getting "instagib'd" down through middle at the start...

One AWP may well be 'OK' with more people but it will still change the way our server plays massively. Its bad enough trying to get through ramp doors at start (as CT) as it is with just rifles. I know you can say "don't run through doors then" but it's not that easy.

Also, its quite easy to 4 or 5 man (especially as T, if for example you get the bomb down at A) with an AWP on publics because people dont work together.

Personally i wouldn't mind being able to AWP, its a major part of CS in my opinion, but at the end of the day there are a few of us who pay for this server so it should be up to everyone what happens.

To respond to revolver, i agree. in most areas i mean a GOOD awper could hit you with a doorbang but even though i'm not a PRO awper but i'm not bad and sometimes i miss doorbangs, and even the easiest shot when people run through doors. and if it comes to the point where your pissed off with awpers a simple smoke to double doors can fuck up most awpers. so either way an awper or not a good awper can scout, and i can scout therefore if you do get rid of awps, you may aswell get rid of scouts aswell.. so yeh.. but thats just my opinion

The difference between scout and AWP is the scout isn't a 1 shot kill when you shoot someone in the foot.
