Bought it last week, pretty good with all the flippy jumpy gun ninjary shit, a tad repetitive though got bored and went back to my far cry 2 after an hour or so. Read some reviews and it does get better....

You basically have to run around shooting/slicing/tickling/raping a load of big mean naughty boys who cant aim a gun for shit. The cooler ways you despatch them i.e. jumping back flip off a wall whilst despatching two goons with headshots will give you more mullah with which to improve your moves/arsenal.

Poons review 7/10

Good visually, fairly intuitive controls, jumpy back flippy ninjaryness ftw! Can’t imagine it will keep you going for months but ok for a quick blast.

It must be boring if the cure is to play Far Cry 2. I found that extremely boring and repetitive.

I can't believe Far Cry 2 is actually out in the "classics" range too on 360. Is it that old already 8O

I swear when PC's didnt rapidly fuck off into the distance with upgrades i used to play every new game. Now im about 3 years behind and still think things are *new* lol.

Crysis & Warhead
Bioshock
Far Cry 2
Left 4 Dead (lol, can actually run this just ouldnt justify the fact they left it at full price for so fucking long)

These are all things i still consider new, and time if flying by....

Maybe its just because games dont excite me as much anymore. I used to look forward to release dates a lot and games were worth looking forward to. Now, everything just seems the same.

I can remember waiting for the Wolfenstein v MoH stuff, and the Half Life 2 v Far Cry debate. When Unreal 2 was released and there was a lot of good games that were worth getting excited about but not great. Now it seems like you get one or two great games (eg Crysis/Bioshock) then there is nothing else worth waiting for.

Bring back average games i say. Like Pariah and that other FPS that I cant remember and is raelly gonna annoy me now! Also, ditch all the rushed out sequels. CoD: MW 2 seems too quick for me, same as L4D2. On the other hand, where is HL2:Ep3?

Episodic content allows them to bring out games which are slightly shorter than full games but the release time between releases is cut down dramatically...like fuck it is.

Valve are really taking their time with EP3, it better be fucking good.

L4D is good fun and L4D2 will bring in some much need variety. Everyone seemed to pretty much stop playing it when we went "serious" in to ED.

Crysis was alright but the suit novelty soon wore off.

Far Cry 2 was one of the biggest disappointments.

Bioshock was alright, 2 should be interesting.

Oh yeah, i finally bought stalker a few months back too, i think i made a post about it. That still feels new even though i think they're onto or about to me on to a 3rd one 8O

Shadow of Chernobyl and then Clear Sky, then there is a 3rd i think.

I don't feel to bothered anymore about missing games, half of them aren't that entertaining anymore anyway. I think FPS games especially have just gone off the boil. They all try too much.
