Boredom

I am so fucking bored today. nearly all of our staff have fucked off to some "Strategy Meeting". Which means an hour sitting around a board table followed by an afternoons activities a night on the beer and an overnight stop at some swag hotel. meanwhile im the only person upstairs in the office and there is about 5 people left downstairs.

Can't be fucking arsed to do ote (even though there is shit loads to do) when you know half the staff (who gives a fuck if they are managers) are on a knees up. Wankers.

I wonder how many months wages they could pay for some poor sod that got made redundant with the cash they have splashed on this lot?

Same here, when it is busy and everyone is here everyone works well, but as soon as some staff are missing the whole place pretty much stops and no one can be bothered.

They are trying to get me to go on a proof reading course so I can approve other peoples shitty work before I publish it on the website. I have no intention of going on a shitty course telling me how to proof read. There are a lot of other courses that are better suited for me.

Proof reading eh. Sounds about as much fun as the internal auditing I was doing. I get out of that bugger now.

I hate having a busy office, people talking and keyboards going phones ringing. Luckily me and my boss have an office each that has a joining door and everyone else is seperate. Yet as soon as a few people go it still affects how i work lol. The main factor being my boss isn't here though
