Think you are only allowed 3 copies. Although you can buy multiple copies from different retailers using different email addresses on different computers.

Danyl has already got a contract with simon... So he wil b successful as well. Ollie and Joe are both gonna be successful as well. Stacey wont be... She sucks and was FUCKING annoying.

I think its a bit pathetic this campaign to stop xfactor getting number one tbh... Im not gonna be buying either the xfactor one or this rage machine shit. Just think the people which are buying it just to make xfactor not get number one are really pathetic and sad people.

And the people which are doing it cause they dont like simon cowell are even more pathetic because it will be Joe that wont be getting number one... Not simon. Im sure simon doesnt care too much money wise seeing as he is supposidly the first person to make billions and become a billionaire from one tv show.

I bought RATM, so I guess I am pathetic.

1) It is funny
2) I don't give a shit about some talentless twat singing someone elses song
3) I don't give a shit about Simon Cowell who doesn't understand how the internet works and thinks pirates are millionaires
4) I'm pathetic

He is one of the music industry that is campaigning the Government to get your internet cut off.

When one of the artists on his label got leaked on the internet early, he showed his complete lack of understanding about it, by slating the action in the press saying the people that leaked it will have got paid thousands of quid for the track. He is the same as the rest of the industry and wants to control everything you do.

And it is funny, because I think it is funny. There are many people backing the campaign such as Bill Bailey, Alan Davies, Terry Wogan, The Prodigy, Zane Lowe and even BBC Radio 6.
Danyl has already got a contract with simon... So he wil b successful as well.
That basically sums up the pop music industry all together. You don't need to be good, you just need a contract with the right people. There are much better independant artists who don't have a huge amount of money to do any marketing, due to shit like X-Factor.

It is a bit ironic that they chose Killing in the Name.

The main lyric is "Fuck you I won't do what you tell me" which they described as "very apt" towards the campaign, to tell X-Factor and Simon Cowell that he can't get #1 with a load of shit, but the fact that everyone in the campaign has bought the song makes it rather ironic.

But at the end of the day, it is a good song.

Midweek chart: RATM: 83276 / XFactor: 77401
Simon Cowell has again blasted the campaign to make Rage Against The Machine number one for Christmas, comparing its organisers to Ebenezer Scrooge.

Music fans have launched an attempt to end The X Factor's dominance over the festive charts by calling for a mass download of the US band's 1992 single 'Killing In The Name'.

If the campaigners are successful, 18-year-old Joe McElderry will be the first X Factor winner in five years to miss out on having the Christmas chart-topper.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Cowell insisted: "We've got 500,000 singles going out on Wednesday and Joe will be number one.

"Why not let the kid have his moment? It's all very Scrooge. It's miserable to put down young talent. We should celebrate it."

Initial sales figures released earlier today indicated that Rage Against The Machine had a narrow lead over McElderry.

That was kind of the point of that song was it not?

And Joe, seriously mate. I usually think you talk a lot of sense and have never really said anything worthy of a rant but now.....

It isn't the fact of Joe or Simon or whoever getting to number one. The campaign is not "STOP X FACTOR GETTING NUMBER 1". The campaign is "STOP X FACTOR GETTING XMAS NUMBER 1". Nobody will care if it's the week after....

Christmas number one was all a race between decent songs and the crap stuff someone releases as a joke/piss take/childrens song in a bid to beat the usual records to the #1 spot. Now there is no race, there is no fun, just manufactured bullshit. Xmas number one is supposed to be the most important number one of the year, now it's just whoever wins X-Factor (unless your name is Steve Brookstein LOL).

Last 4 years and this years?
54 2005 Shayne Ward That's My Goal
55 2006 Leona Lewis A Moment Like This
56 2007 Leon Jackson When You Believe
57 2008 Alexandra Burke Hallelujah
58 2009 Joe McElderry The Climb ??? or RATM - Killing In The Name ???

I know which gets my vote.
Edit, i forgot, the only reason Mr Brookstein didn't get number 1 was because of all the Band Aid 20 crap, which let's face it, was another shit song anyway.
