Oh fuck no. I wouldn't even waste my time with High School Musical. Max Payne film was a lot worse than Hitman in my opinion. Both had the same women in, and at least in Hitman you get some tits.

Watched this last night. I knew it was going to be crap but I had to because the games are amazing. Max Payne 2 is amazing and I will be playing it for the 15th time sometime soon.

The film, where do I start?

The bullet time was lacking, the acting was crap, the way they introduce Valkyr as some psychopathic soldier drug had nothing to do with the games. Valkyr is just a junkies drug, nothing to do with valkyries and demons.
Too much melee, you never melee in Max Payne.
Jim Bravura is not black and never will be.
I have no idea where the Mona Sax character was dug up from, her and Max are old friends in the game (sumit like that, can't remember properly).
The friend of Max's Dad bollocks, what was that all about? Another made up character that I knew straight away would inevitably be "the bad guy".
Max takes Valkyr near the end of the film. Why? The whole story is about him taking vengeance on the druggies/creator of the druggies that killed his wife, so why take the drug? Oh yeah, because he performs a stupid hollywood jump in a fucking freezing river "I'm gonna die, ooh maybe not cos my dead wife said I can't yet" moment.
Guns, he barely uses any. What the fuck this is Max Payne.
Gognitti's. I can't remember exactly what it was in the game but it just appears as a personal storage business. I'm sure it's Vinnie you escort around as "Baseball Bat Boy". Hilarious. You need to play it skel. Vinnie Gognitti is part of a mobster family as well. Led by the junkie Jack Lupino. How do they convert Lupino from a mobster to a crazy soldier?

So so many places they could have fitted in and so many things. They should have fit Vladimir Lem in, he would have been a fucking amazing character.
