Subzero froze the opponent with ice from his hands the did a flying kick to smash his opponent into pieces.

Kano ripped the heart out of his opponent.

Lui Kang did some weird helicopter style kick.

That is all I can remember at the moment I haven't played for ages.

And of course the wonderful uppercut on the bridge to play Reptile
