Go to a gym 2-3 times a week and stop eating junk food and you won't need any of this shit
I ain't saying it will not help but even with it you will still need to attend gym regularly, so you should first try to get this part done before you spend money on stuff that requires the first to be your way of life. (if you know what I mean)

That second one looks shit. But i agree with wannabe. You really dont need suppliments to get 'ripped' or lose weight. If you just have a little routine that you actually stick to you lose it quick. Look at sparks for example... He's losing the pounds pretty quick. Do like running monday, weight training tuesday, swimming thursday, intense weight training friday, then as long as you actually stick to it, you should get ripped in a few months. And on top of that do like sit ups/push ups every night, maybe buy one of those ab trimmers, cause theyre pretty good. Make sure you do weight training though because the good thing about that is that even after youv stopped the physical exercise, your still losing calories while your body is rebuilding your muscles. And of course... Cut down on junk food.
Most of these suppliment things that people use dont do what you think. All they really do is make it so you can work out more. Usually it takes a day for your body to rebuild your muscles, so the day after youv worked out your not suppose to do any intense exercise. But then the suppliments make your body mend your muscles quicker so that you can do an intense work out every day instead of every second day.

You are probably like me Metric, I can eat over 2 kilos of food for dinner and by the time it's digested I haven't put any weight on. Even with no exercise I don't put any weight on.
But back to the original question. Yes they will help but only if you have a really good well layed out routine that you stick to and change your diet to healthy food and avoid all the junk food. But if you do that you won't really need any supplements unless you really push yourself. I'm not sure supplements like that would be recommended during weight loss though, I think they are for when you are already at your desired weight and want to get ripped.

I got issues with gaining weight as well, though I found out that if I dont skip a meal and fit in a weight gainer in between the meals (one a day is cool) for a month I can gain between 2-3 KG which is not bad tbh
The choice of weight gainers is huge out there, mostly depends what you like (mixing with water or milk, addition of creatine or other stuff,) just have a look
P.S I was using Progain Extreme from Maximuscle, however I will swap this time as I am looking for one with creatine so I can go longer in teh gym)

forget those ..they are bollox blaze..
stop drinking beer in the week...
swap to vodka... it only has 50 caloried per shot.. instead of 200 calls in a tin of beer/cider..
try and eat lower fat food... no pastry..cheese...cream..ect...and buy a tub of low fat butter.
eat bowl of cerial for breakfast and some fruit...and 1 sandwich for dinner... and as much veg as you want.... eat fruit instead of chocolate....
get a gym ball.... do lots of sit ups...and go for a jog every other night...
if you are going to neck pills you may as well get proper diet pills .. like phentermine... basically you just wizz your tits off so you dont eat... but you will put it back on when you stop taking them...
eat lean protien... meat...fish... lots of veg.. but not chips and roast potatoes... swap for rice and pasta
dont eat after tea time..... only carrot sticks or some fruit...
only one way to lose weight... burn off more calories than you take in...
but its not to hard.... ive just done 1.4 stone in 3 weeks

I lost 9 pound last week just by not eating shit at work and only my main meal at night. Instead of a main meal and then 2 slices of cheese on toast then a sandwich, and cheese and crackers. Don't eat cheese is my rule I think.
But yeah, get off your ass and walk, walking is fantastic for losing weight, better than running even. Get a dog.
Stop beering like Sparks said too. Beers a fucking killer. Have vodka or if you like it, a couple of glasses of red wine has less calories and gets you pissed. Don't got for one of these silly diet bollocks, you need to be able to eat/drink at weekends and stuff if you're going out etc, but then just don't carry it on all week. Breads a bit shit too, try and ease off white bread if you can, I was eating a lot of bread, cut it out or get wholemeal/brown bread. Also, try pita breads to replace sandwich's.
