rapidshare just won the court case against the german record industry this week...

To what degree? A lot of them are claiming to be winning but have actually only won the right to carry but have to implement new bits to get rid of any infringing content.

no they were bieng sued for loss of earning or damages to the tune of millions of euros by the german record industry... it would have finished rapidshare..
but the court said they were not responsible for customers content in their uploaded files.... so they won
