No they wouldn't. There may be some things stolen but it wouldn't go down to mugging people (well anymore than they already do anyway). The only mugging would be done by the insurance companies.

Good thing about Japan is they are really advanced and they know they are on a fault line and are well prepared (for earthquakes), there isn't a lot you can do about a tsunami.

Have a look at this - http://www.japanquakemap.com/ - shows you where all the earth quakes happened and how powerful they were.

remeber you live in a village though skell... not a chav infested shithole ..

yeah they were very clued up on it... and they did give out lots of warning as soon as they knew... trouble is their sea walls are only 10 metres high... the tsunami was 10 meters high..so it should have stoped it... trouble is they didnt expect the whole of the coast of japan to actually drop by about a metre 8O
hence it breached the wall...and once it starts.. it just doesnt stop untill it pans out and then goes back.... scary shit. :?:

Don't live in a village anymore, moved out a few years back. I live in one of the worst parts of the county but even then it's only a couple of stabbings a year. Most crime down south is fraud.

Work was 16 miles away from my parents, moved right inbetween, so got an 8 mile drive on pretty much empty dual carriageway.
