Weird. Usually Skidrow cracks are great. You can also try and see if you can find anything from Razor1911

I use cracks to see if a game is any good, if it is, I'll buy it...prevented me from buying games like Saints Row 2

Is Portal 2 any good?

Don't know, I have resisted buying it as I have lots of work I need to do.

Portal, Half Life, Half Life 2, Team Fortress 2, Left4Dead, Left4Dead 2, Country Strike, Counter Strike: Source was brilliant.

Valve have a healthy track record, it will be good. Until they do a game which ruins their reputation I have no problem buying their games without testing.

Now Saints Row 2, I pirated that, and I regret doing that as I thought it was shit and wasted my bandwidth.

I rarely download games anymore. I am more patient and will wait until they are a good deal on Steam. Steam has pretty much stopped my pirating games. 8O Now if only the film and TV industry could see it and do the same.

Also co-op is supposed to be great and that won't be available on pirate copies.

Agreed.
Read a couple of reviews and it looks promising. But I think I'll wait with the purchase because the price is a bit steep on Steam...49,99 euros atm 8O

I guess I could get the "Two Pack" which works out €30 each if buying from the UK and send you the other one, if you want?
