Game of Thrones

Post by skeletor »

Downloaded the first 3 episodes but haven't watched any yet.

Supposed to be quite good, anyone seen it yet?

Something to do with Kings of different lands etc.

IMDB says "Seven noble families fight for control of the mythical land of Westeros. Political and sexual intrigue abound."

Watched the first episode, cast and acting seems to be pretty good.

Lord of the Rings sort of timeframe and feel but no science fiction just set in the old days. Going to watch episodes 2 and 3 tonight and will give my verdict.

It's not brilliant but is a good drama if you have the time to watch it.

Changed my tune on this one, think it's pretty good which is what to expect of the HBO original series (Sopranos, True Blood, Boardwalk Empire, The Pacific, The Wire, Band of Brothers).
