photoshop help (skellmiester)

right im a bit stuck here.. ive done an animated giff in photoshop ..made it small.. and when i view it on my pc its working fine. i see others on another forum have animated giffs ok.. but mine wont move after ive uploaded it..

basically i did it in imageready
put text over it that moves as well.. like the ave it one on here
saved "optimised as.."

and like i say it opens with google crome ok and moves fine... but not on the forum...
its been a while since i tinkered in imageready.. so i think i may have forgot what to do

any ideas skell

so it works on here... just on this other forum... but other people have them working fine... the first try it was only 200x100 so very small... just a still picture..
very odd.

image size is quite big. I have images on Aop blocked at work (for good reason), will look when I get home.

If you are planning on using it as an avatar it is too big dimension wise and file size.

that was the original size.. i re- sized to 200x100..but that was to big also.... it had to be 100x100 to work... so i did another..
