New CSS coming out

A new version of Counter Strike is going to be coming out at some point (likely early 2012) called Counterstrike: Global Offensive

Going to be more like Source than 1.6.

More details are going to be announced tomorrow apparently.

People have been playing it under an NDA.

THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IT AGES ADO INSTEAD OF PISSING ABOUT WITH UPDATES I THINK...damn caps is on... when you look at say BFBC 2 the graphics make css look like lego... will be good to have a polished new look to it.. if the game play is the same of course.

If they announced it ages ago people would have complained about having to buy a new game.

I think CS will stay as Valve's "serious" game. You would hope that over a decade of being the most played online FPS they will know how to get it right...

I think the updates were due to the game getting neglected. 1.6 is/was being played more than CSS.
