i know.. next time ill just buy the most expensive new bundle.... if i have the wedge of course. im hoping its just the board for now... they have a asrock board that my ram will fit and proccecor for about 35 quid. if its the CPU then its gonna be about 90 quid... if its both... it could be a new bundle and upgrade.

To play BF3 well you would probably need this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showprodu ... =BU-023-OP with a good graphics card (most games are reliant solely on the graphics card but some do demand a fair bit of CPU, won't know about BF3 until it comes out and people review it).

yeah i did look at that one. if i do get a bundle i will probably go for something decent so it lasts a bit.... brad says the gtx 480 cards are pretty good if my card is the problem... i see clockers do pre-overclocked bundles but im not sure if i want it overclocked...

heard anything about those asrock boards.... if its just the board that is shot i may have to get one S THE OTHERS ARE DDR3..AND I HAVE DDR2  they dont do my board now.... says something about it i supose.

Asrock are a budget brand, they are the sort of thing you will find in the generic Dell, HP, Samsung, Lenovo etc

Problem is with technology, it moves so fast within 3 months what you have is obsolete.
