Lol. High fibre cereal is the way forward. Funnily enough I got a box for free this week. A leaflet came through the door saying if you leave it outside before 9am next morning you get a free box of All Bran Golden Crunch.
It's very nice and I was eating it out the box like sweets but unfortunately the 'clusters' aren't quite so whole further down the box. Its a traditional cereal though so as standard it's nice with milk though so it's all good in a bowl!

make sure you have plenty of water/ fluids as well rev.... or it gets like eating a bag of grit..can make your bowels irritated otherwise...

I'm fine on the water front. Drink at least 2 litres during the day and couple pints at night. I don't drink a lot else other than water except fruit juice in morning. Don't even drink much now, gone down to one weekend night! Although that could be excepted this weekend. Haven't decided on tonight yet lol

ahh thats loads of fluids.. just have a bowl every other day... porrige has souble fibre which is good also.. but the all bran will clear the debrit out for sure....
