Look for what? You can find gold leaf at a hobby craft place.

As for the graphics card, it's the pins that go in to the slot. Given the weight of the card with the cooler and the amount of damage the courier managed to do, I would imagine the card probably moved about quite a bit and some of the gold leaf may have come off, alternatively something else may be wrong with it.

Could try sending it up to sparks, his missus could make a living off fixing old graphics cards.
Looks like there are two pins that have the tips missing?
May well be the problem then.

There is one of the gold pins on each side where the pin doesn't go into a point. Doesn't exactly look like much damage to me? And it's looks like a bloody straight line not to be intentional!

Oh right, can't remember what the pins are like, been so long since I replaced any hardware. I'm sure the card is fixable, just a matter of finding out what is wrong with it. I got a free t-shirt when I bought it.

Well I have no idea where to start to be honest. Feel free to have it returned to you and you can have a look :P

Unless there is a big red arrow saying problem here, I wouldn't have a clue. Like I said, you could get a few quid off eBay just from the cooler that is on it, was quite expensive at the time and in my old old case, didn't even need a fan on it.
