server up and running again

Post by liquid »

The server is up and running again.
Config should be the same as before the steam update.

Had no time, only PC time has been my media centre PC to catch up on TV and my work computer.

Won't be on it tonight either, out tomorrow evening and again on Wednesday.

I do have some work to do so it may get turned on, on Thursday. No doubt there will be copious amounts of Windows updates to download and install and Adobe Flash will have had at least 3 or 4 updates, Firefox will probably be 2 versions out of date and Chrome 10 versions out of date. Amazing what happens in a week and a bit.

You'll also have a big red exclamation mark on your system tray screaming at you because although you haven't had your computer actually switched on, you will in fact need to run a virus scan

Don't have an antivirus program so that isn't a problem.

Now at 2 weeks without being turned on. I think this is a record.

I'm afraid I don't seem able to go without my regular fix of counterstrike...
