Hmmmm.

Some of the aspects sound great and are what FF lacks in, like the environment actually being playable rather than cutting to a set battle scene, although I can't see it working in all situations (such as on a small bridge).

Never played Kingdom Hearts but the people doing it seem to be heavily involved in that so don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

If it doesn't come out on 360 which it looks like it won't then I won't be playing it anyway. I'm not getting a PS3 just to play FF.

Played another few hours last night. Stormed through it getting loads of fragments (around 15 or so in 4-5 hours), found some good farming locations.

I beat my first "Don Tonberry" too after getting destroyed earlier on. Before I died in around a minute, this time I killed it in just over a minute then I fought another one and took it down in 42 seconds.

Giant Cactuar's take around 50 seconds but they aren't random encounters. Mini cactuars are easy to beat, there are also metallicactuar's which are a bit harder but still pretty simple.

Another boss fight that was supposed to take 7mins40 took less than a minute. Really over powered now but there are some even more powerful weapons but they cost 120,000 GIL each and require various parts to build.

One bit of advise is get a Munchkin and level it up to max as early as possible as a COM in your party, quick attacks and powerful but can only be leveled up to a certain amount.

Fight. I don't know if you can increase the chances of getting them, but it's fairly easy to 5 star most battles so I guess that might help.

Up to 50 hours now. Have around 120 fragments (out of 160). Also have the two best weapons (the damage they do is linked to how many fragments you have).

Nearly 100% on the levelling up now, think they are both level 84 on the last character class thing.

Still quite a few sidequests to do though, think that will probably take me to 60 hours.

And at the end you can increase the chances of getting monsters with a fragment skill. I think you need to have uncovered all the stuff that librascope does before you get them as a monster that you can use.

It's alright, it was worth completing.

The time paradox/temporal rifts are fucking annoying though. Really wish they had got rid of those puzzles and had a reasonably hard boss fight instead for each one.

On of the Xbox achievements is a matter of luck which is rather annoying so not sure if I will 100% in that way.

Infinite Discovery is a 50 hour+ game and to get all the achievements you need to complete it three times at different difficulties which only get unlocked once you have completed the previous difficulty.

Think I'm pretty much done. Need to double check but I think I have killed everything that is supposed to provide a challenge.

There are 2 major things that I need to do, which are:

* Collect full information on every monster in the game (I'm 90%+ done on that)
* Win a jackpot in the casino which is a matter of luck which i'm not sure I can be arsed with.

I have beaten the first DLC (Lightning and Amodar) and it looks like a new one has come out today, so will get that next time I'm on the 360.

Also apparently some DLC to expand the story coming out in May.

I would like an update to remove the level limits and make all the monsters in the game harder (with some better rewards). Due to the farming of gil and bits to improve monsters as well as some of the side quests I have something like 500,000 crystarium points which can't be used.

Tried to do the casino thing and win the jackpot. Left it going for over 5 hours with the button pressed down and didn't get it.

Will set it up again tonight and let it go all night. Square are a bunch of cunts for adding this in the game.
