Free upgrade for all Virgin cable subscribers.

Just got mine done as you can see:



Log in to your virginmedia.com account and it has instructions on the upgrade process.

You have to log in to upgrade? I'll take a look later then. What were speed were/are you on?

I was on 20Mb. All 20Mb and 30Mb customers will be upgraded to 60Mb.

You can find out if your area has been upgraded by going here - http://doublespeed.virginmedia.com/

If it is available, log in to your account and there will be a green box near the top with instructions. If you already have a superhub then you might just be able to phone them up (can't remember the number, special automated number to activate your line).

Virgin need to send you a superhub as the old one can't handle the increased speeds.
