Re: Skyrim
So, I loaded it up on PC. It wasn't until I transferred my save game (which was a doddle by the way) and loaded up my character, who was in Solitude at the time, that it dawned on me just how much better the PC version looks compared to xbox. Now I expected it to look better but dear lord. It is simply ridiculous. And to top it off I fast travelled from Solitude to the Shrine of Azura, near enough half way across the map, and it must have taken all of 4 seconds to load. Incredible. Mouse and keyboard work fine but I think I'll stick with playing it with the controller from the comfort of my bed. A further 98 hours using a mouse + keyboard quite frankly scares the crap out of me

Re: Skyrim
Agreed. I haven't transferred my save game though (do you have a link to instructions on how you did it?)
Only problem I have is that I don't want to play it on my PC, I want to lay back on my sofa and play on my big TV with surround sound.

Re: Skyrim
I was planning on playing through some Skyrim yesterday. I at least need to get the main quest done. I ended up playing Borderlands 2 for a bit though.

Haven't played any games for ages
Too much work. Would be so much easier if you didn't need to worry about money.

Re: Skyrim
Considering my job is salary and I get no overtime and no possible promotion prospects I don't really care other than between 8-4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8am-2pm Friday. Outside of those hours work does not even cross my mind. So unless I am training I can game/tv/masturbate/whatever the hell I like really.
It just means saving is a bitch as I can't pull in extra work etc. Just have to deal with what I get unless I get another job which won't happen. Saying that, I worked 2 and half hours for free last week as its year end. If things aren't done right, it does annoy me so I do stay. Most of the time though it is someone else's error or laziness which is what fooks me off.

Re: Skyrim
My main job is 9-5 and that is all I do. All additional work is private stuff which brings in extra £££. I wouldn't work for free.
