I might have levelled up a bit by then. Need good team communication. Not like Killing Floor where you can go all out (although still best to stay together).

I take it it has levels like killing floor? Ie, you play = xp? I also assume you can play with bits or some sort of single player? Can't be a bad game if you're planning it a bit?

I notice there is a DLC for it at £7.49, probably the reason it was on sale. I would guess that we have no need to rush to purchase that yet!

Yeah, as you level up you get weapon upgrades, health upgrades, perks etc. Which until I read some articles I didn't realise you can actually specify what will be upgraded on your next level up (hold down TAB and press the corresponding number).

DLC is just 2 additional maps and another weapon by the looks of it which probably won't be unlocked until you are level 100.

Single player is with AI (who seem indestructable). If you get wounded or caught on single player it is game over, on multiplayer you can exchange caught people with hostages and help up wounded people.

You will gain exp. in both single player and co-op mode. You can choose between ASSAULT, SHARPSHOOTER and SUPPORT.

Team communication is very important. I have to figure out how to set up the volume sliders, because I couldn't hear any of the team speak.
Staying together is probably the best way to survive. In the the bank heist mission you have to drill the door and search for a security laptop upstairs at the same time. If you play with 4 human players you can split up in 2 teams to do that, but with bots you can't do that.

I actually think this sounds like a good buy. And a metacritic score of 70ish ain't too shabby. Quite excited to give this a blast actually.

The bots tend to follow you and protect you.

Some of the objects change position each time too which means it isn't predictable.

To be fair I seriously wouldn't expect anything less. It can't be hard to program different spawn points for an object can it?

No but there are various things that stay put such as security cameras (I think they do anyway), the actual vault gate itself, where you pick up the thermite etc.

Second time I played it I assumed they would be in the same place and walked all the way round the bank not realising that the manager was right near the entrance.
