Hit boxes are better but are smaller than in CSS. So although spraying from close distance will hit, less rounds will hit than before.

CS:GO Zombie mod should be released with the full game.

If we get a CS:GO server from GameServers, it will cost twice as much.

Never been interested in Zombie mods. Played in on CSS couple of times, didn't like it very much.

CS:GO server costs €0.66/slot, CSS €0.42/slot.

If we become a more active clan again with CS:GO I don't mind the extra costs, also wondering if our current server will be used from now. If we decide to upgrade our server we should at least wait until there is a proper admin tool available.

Indeed.

Think the majority are happy with CS:GO (there are a few annoyances but CSS is bloody annoying too).

I'm having mixed feelings about CS:GO...At first I liked it all the new stuff went to my head
until I tried playing and It was just worse than worse for example running at someone shooting them in the face and still dying? PISSES YOU RIGHT OFF.
Then I decided to check out a different style of play? If that's even the right way to describe it, Anyway I went on the gungame could I get a kill? COULD I FUCK...
haven't been on it since... but saying that I haven't been on CS;S in how many years? Properly anyway must be going on 2 or 3 years.

I'll see how I feel when the full thing comes out on whether or not I've just wasted £11 just happy it didn't cost me loads of coinage.

Follow that link and mouse over the image. Shows you the difference in hitboxes between CSS and CS:GO.

As for accuracy when running, basically you aren't accurate at all. Stop, short burst, move, repeat.

Find a blank wall say in Office CT spawn, stand far away with M4. Spray at the wall. Now do the same but run towards the wall. The spread will likely be huge.

There are patterns to the recoil apparently so you should get used to it. The SMGs will be much kinder to you in close combat than the rifles.

Arms Race with bots = awesome.
Arms Race with humans = bloody annoying.

Constantly have your kills stolen and too many spawn camping opportunities.

The smaller hitboxes shouldn't be a problem, if your aim is good you should get the kill. The accuracy is something I have my doubts about in CS:GO. Feels like I have to kneel down before I can aim properly.

Hopefully you will get the ability to change your crosshair. In CSS I used to have a very small dot which was very accurate, in CS:GO I have a crosshair the size of a satellite dish.

I don't find the crosshair that bad, to be honest, the only problem with the crosshair is that it changes if you are aiming near a team mate (doesn't appear to be on a hitbox, just near them) so you can't easily tell if you are still aiming at the enemy.

Accuracy of the weapons is fine, I think the recoil has changed slightly but you are less likely to be accurate when moving than you were in CSS and I am fine with that, it will just take a little getting used to.
