It's a typical based horror film about 6 or 7 teenagers / early 20's guys and girls who are going to find
a cabin in the forest surrounded by fuck all... they shockingly enough take THE WRONG TURN
They end up at a mental hospital and take shelter in there that's where the fun begins..

Disfigured cannibals chase them round the hospital... you know the rest.

The early 20 medical students help the disfigured cannibals in a compelling story of love as they treat them and perform skin grazes using their own arse cheeks for the grafts and fall in love and live happily ever after creating a wonderful thriving utopia to live in which becomes a model that the whole world decides to take up overthrowing the banks and governments to leave quaint lives in the country?
