Post by sparksy »

vikings is a metro golden mayer and History channel production drama about vikings..based of true fact.... now concidering were all watching game of thrones which is a mega budget sort of costume drama..this vikings is pretty good.. i have done 9 so far and its pretty good all round..ep 2 had a bit of poo cgi for a few seconds but the rest is good. how they managed to sail west and find england.. butcher a load of monks ..robb their gold and then think"fucking hell that was easy" so they did it again... proper 6 ft geezas with axes for weaopons ..init

it does pick up as it goes along.. the two guys who come to get his misses were terrible actors..but they were only in it for 2 mins... kind of got into it because i dont know much about the histoy side of it... proper hench geezas you didnt want to mess with by all acounts... i mean who uses an axe as a weapon proper smashed the king of northumberland troops up on the beach... and they were all pagans... they get out of it on mushrooms and stuff... proper geezas :?:

do they all eat magic mushrooms before a game ~? and then smash the other team with big axes.. ? i used to play rugy at school ( i had to copy and paste that as i forgot how to spell school :( ) but i couldnt see the fasination of grown men wallowing around in mud really.. hated footy as well... hockey was easy if you blast other peoples legs instead of the ball... they wont try and stop you then... boxing was the best i would say but very hard to start at 27 at the time.. plus getting punched in the jaw alot isnt much fun as a casual sport really... but yeah not a bad series really
