Only just got around to watching the "banned" episode 4 and I don't know why it was banned.
i thought it was one of the more tame eps as well... some of the ones after that are quite stomach churning. the story evolves pretty good as well..its not all just FBI cases as i thought it would be... hannibal as a character seems quite normal at first... apart from the clips of his gormet food likings.... just gets better as it goes on... keep watching...

I hate to say it as I enjoyed the first season but this show will have definitely gone stale
by the time they've got 9 Seasons under their belt. I'd be in my 30's

think of the plot though.. and how much has gone on in silence of the lambs and follow ups.... the story could go on for ever .. hannibal hasnt even got caught yet .. not properly anyway.. only sussed by will graham :?:

I didn't mean they would run out of story but it would just get boring.

i reckon its a good -un myself , the first season did focus alot on will graham thinking he was going mad execpt its was a brain fever,, as soon as that is finished with the plot could be about anything....

Don't get me wrong I think it could do 3 or 4 decent seasons before not being as interesting
but like you say it all depends on where they take the story.
