well this is like ground hog day really... got bk into the 17 stone mark.... went on diet for hols.... down to 16.3 stone now... and the old punch bag/ gym ball may be coming out this week as well

well i did put a fair bit back on hols.. eating piella and lash... i thing eating peanuts hasnt helped ... just read the back of a 500g pack last night... 100g gives you 2500 ish calories
as far as rugby goes.. wallowing around in mud chasing a funny shaped ball and then having a bath with a load of blokes OO ER ..doesnt apeal im afraid.
