untill about 2 weeks ago my latency was down on average to about 18 ish never more that 35 now is never below 90 also i do not have a l33t machine like youselfs befor u chuckle and call me a pathetic gamer getting aroung 70 fps now im getting about 30 and it sucks the end of a frogs nob any one have any ideas what the problem is i have no upgrads to do only change i have made to anything is a new monitor would that be making a big difference.

What was the old monitor and whats the new one?
If you have changed from a 17" to a 22" or something like that then you will be using a different resolution, which will bring your FPS down.
Have you reinstalled Windows recently? Perhaps reinstall graphics card drivers.

i went from 19 inch to 26 so that will be it then and i have recently reinstalled xp and all drivers are up to date

What fps are you getting? What graphics card and CPU you got? That is quite a big change in resolution.

ouch, no way that will run css at 1920x1200 properly. You need to upgrade.
