Am I the only person that is getting bored of this story on the news everyday. 4 weeks says she is dead to me. How much longer can you go on?

Yeah fair enough they want their daughter back but nearly a month...

If they were going to get her back they would have done so by now. It isn't a nice thing to say but I don't want to see the same shitty news everyday.

Just because your bored of it, does it mean that all the other mothers and fathers in the world are too, if it was your daughter im sure you wouldnt have that mind set. I dont think u are going to see its publicity end anytime soon so u better get used to it.

I understand that, but I don't see how publicising it in the UK is helping. Every report is the same, the police won't say anything and they say the same thing every day. There are a lot worse things happening in the world.

Why should 1 child be in the news because they are missing, while there are hundreds/thousands dying every day across the world from abuse or food deprevation.

Well....she is missing NOT IN ENGLAND so what the fuck are we going to do?
fly over to portugal just to find a girl who is more than likely dead now?

NO.
I understand that it is a young girl and you wouldn't give up so easily
but there's nothing more they can do.
UNless the police fucking get their heads sorted and do some fucking snooping.

Think you will find that for the brits these things are easily empathetic to them, so the media play up to our soft heartedness, its always been the same. Think Princess Diana, which is still in the papers every fucking day.

Yes its right that there are more important things going on in the world that require reporting.

Its also nice to know though that it brings strength in numbers that people in our country have feelings, admittantly feelings that get played by the press.

Rothley, where the family are from is just literaly 2miles away from where im sat, everyone round here is cut upabout it i couldnt belive the support from the locals who i always thought were self centred snobs, maybe im biased but either way you have to admit the support and world wide intrest is quite remarkable.

It's nice to know people are caring and willing to help but i just think they are wasting their time.
I don't think they will find her dead or alive now.
