I think I am becoming obsessed. Today I went to the barbers and when he asked what I wanted I said "I need my beard sorting out. Have you seen Opie from Sons of Anarchy?".

When I was waiting Mens Health was on the side. Charlie Hunnam was on the cover this month and apparently he does 200 push and pull ups a day to keep in shape for SoA. On the topic of health, what I want to know with all these TV series is how they all seem to be able to run so fucking fast when demanded even though they all smoke like bloody chimneys.
