No idea, I don't really remember much of the film with Penguin in it.

I don't know tbh can't really remember most of the plot this is more focused on multiple characters James Gordan, Young Bruce Wayne, Penguin and a couple of others but it's definitely not boring imo and now the first season has pretty much introduced everyone I think the second season is where all the fun begins.

Spoiler:Highlight the text in the black area to see it.Arkham Asylum will be involved in the new season which could mean the Joker makes an appearance!
