Was a shock to see your name pop up mate, how are you? You still in Loughborough? You need to get yourself CS:GO now, it's the all new singing and dancing CS and is actually pretty good. Plus you can enter ranked games and get a skill level etc. Give it a go!

Yes mate, still in L'boro. I have just downloaded CS:GO, it looks a lot better than CSS. Does anyone still come on much?

I don't think I've played CSS/CS:GO for nearly 2 years. Too much work...

I don't work too much that is for sure. I do spend way too much time on League of Legends though. Only jump on CS every couple of weeks. In fact, the gap between the last time I played and the time before was so long I lost my rank on matchmaking

How much do servers cost a month Skellington?

CSS 20 man around £7.50 a month
CS:GO 20 man around £13 a month

Although there were changes which stopped Mani admin from working on CSS, no idea what the state of that is at the moment.

Public CS:GO seems like a different proposition though. With the matchmaking system it's a lot less like it used to be. I don't really jump on public servers although that's obviously be different if I knew people were on regularly.

That's quite a long time ago mate.

I haven't played CSS for a long time either, so the skills are gone that's for sure. Never really liked CS:GO that much (maybe because I suck at it ).
The only thing I do with CS:GO is building maps occasionally.

If we want to run a server again I'm up for it for sure. I can also do the installation if needed.

Mani admin is dead indeed. There is a version for CS:GO, but I think with all the game updates that is dead as well. For CSS there is a reasonable alternative, not sure about CS:GO.

Well I am currently as equally shit on CSGO as CSS. How many would be interested in chucking some cash into a CSS server fund if people would be relatively active...? I would be for sure
